We arrived in Virginia and immediately fell in love with Radford, the mountains, the rivers, the green trees, the soft green grass, the campus, the friendly people! It. was. incredible.
Radford had everything we could ever need or want near by. All the shopping you can imagine and all the outdoor recreation an Idaho girl and adventurous boy could hope for.

During our three day stay in Radford we explored the area including Christiansburg (where my community college would be) and Blacksburg (where Virginia Tech is... ps it is a massive campus, like 100 and something buildings!)
Then it was time to get on the road again. On our way to Kentucky we stopped for lunch at Taco Bell. Josh was very excited/ nervous to try the Doritos Locos Taco. He said it was everything he imagined and more!

We took a car break for Maverik in Charleston and saw the capitol building.
