When Maverik was born I signed up to receive weekly emails about newborn growth and development. Last week the email suggested putting a mirror in front of your child while he is laying on the floor or in his crib. Of course we have been showing Mav his reflection in the bathroom mirror since day one but never in a personal size mirror. We tried it a few days ago and HE LOVED IT! NOTHING BUT SMILES AND WIGGLES!
He coo's at his reflection and gets really excited when he see's "his friend." Hopefully we can meet some little one's in our new ward soon so he will have a real playmate to grow up with not just his own reflection.
